Prices

All prices are including VAT. All prices are without obligation.


Payment

Payment takes place immediately when order is placed for the goods. Payment options are: all major credit or debit cards without any deductions through PayPal at the point of sale, or over the phone. Cheques also acceptable [payable to SHEFFIELD TRANSPORT MODELS].


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payments received.


SHIPPING COSTS

Postal charges start from only £1.00. Your total order is calculated by weight. Goods are usually sent by Royal Mail or specialist Courier. Shipping costs are estimated it may be necessary to adjust charges, You can email in advance before checkout for an accurate costing.


PICTURES, IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS:

Where pictures of products are shown on the website they are illustrative only and may not represent the contents of just one item. Pictures are generally supplied to us by the manufacturers and are typically packaging illustrations. Just as in a shop you should enquire if you are unsure what is included in a product. Pictures may show completed or painted items (e.g. items supplied in kit form), or products not included in the item (e.g. a car shown in a picture of a model street light). The colour of models can change and so unless stated in the description you should assume the colour of your purchase may vary (e.g. a model car may be pictured in red but be delivered in blue)

SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

Trademarks

All trademarks appearing on the service are trademarks of their respective owners.


Damaged goods

If the customer receives damaged goods (damage through transport / manufacturing errors / missing parts etc.) he has the right to receive substitution without further costs. Damages have to be reported in written form or electronically (via e-mail) with images (where possible)within 3 working days. If the customer fails to do so he may invalidate his claim.

Right of return

The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt
Informing us by email or phone is sufficient to protect your time warranty. The right of return is with the exception of the following articles: custom-made products, special offers , special orders and price-reduced leftovers on stock.

Return transport

The customer is liable for the return transport costs unless the goods are proven to be faulty (see the above)The customer must liaise directly with us to organise this
Arbitrary return transport by the self-importer as well as refusal to accept goods on delivery is also charged to the customer. The cheapest way of transporting will be chosen.
